For orders over $100 we offer free shipping, only when ordered through our website.
Australia Post shipping options and costs

- When placing international orders, please email us and we will quote postage for your order, depending on the size and weight.
It can take 3 - 5 business days for your order to be processed, depending on workload and the time of year. If your product has been shipped but hasn't yet arrived, Australia Post could be experiencing delays; please check their website for updates on delivery times.
Delivery times - the delivery timeframes listed are only estimations; Nature's Boards are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, especially during high-volume periods.
Delivery issues - Please note once the product has left Nature's Boards warehouse, it is not our responsibility. Nature's Boards are not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part. If your order is Return To Sender for any reason, the cost to have the package resent to you will be $23.90 within Australia.
We have a 14-day return policy, incorrect or damaged orders, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will not refund if you change your mind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged or incorrect, we will not issue a refund if you change your mind.
Care instructions are included with each Nature’s Boards product and we recommend the timber is washed and handled as outlined in the care instructions. We do not refund due to lack of care and maintenance.
For a full refund, ensure the product is in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us via email.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Product damages or issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item/s are defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for lack of care and maintenance. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
